Return Policy

Returns. Oh the dreaded return process! We get it. It happens. So let's go over what returns with Bella Be Boutique look like!

Whether its the wrong size or the material isn't what you thought, we've all been there! So here's how we handle it at Bella Be Boutique: simply return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order and you will be issued a refund in the amount you paid, less shipping and handling. Due to the limited quantities and styles, we are unable to offer an exchange in size or color.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. As long as it is post marked within 7 days, you'll be all set! Don't stress about shipment times and giving yourself a few days for us to receive it!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the item is deemed returnable, you will get another email with the refund transaction! (Please give a few days for it to show back up on your bank statement- some will show right away, others may take a few days- it varies between each bank)

Shipping:
To return your product, please mail your product to the return address on your original shipment. If you do not have the package your order arrived in, please email us (above) to get the return address!

We do have a strict 7 day policy, so please make all efforts to get your item(s) post marked by that 7th day. Due to the quick change over of clothing in our boutique, there will be no exceptions made to that 7 day rule!

**PLEASE NOTE: the customer will incur his/her own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.**
